amazing views, lush gardens, cozy restaurant
The cleanliness needs immediate attention!!! Ants in the bathroom, dirt under the bed, and a dirty drawer are not acceptable. The shower's water pressure was disappointing as well!!! Not sure how they can improve that.

Serenity with a view
The sweeping views of Lake Suchitlán, especially during sunset from the restaurant, created lasting memories. The friendly staff was nice, while the lush gardens were a perfect retreat for relaxation. Breakfast was a delight with freshly prepared options and the charming ambiance set the stage for a peaceful morning.
There were some cleanliness issues in my room, including ants in the bathroom and dust under the bed. The pool was often crowded, which impacted the tranquil experience I was hoping for.

What a good stay! The family room offered a fine view of Lake Suchitlán. The ambiance of the hotel with beautiful gardens created a relaxing environment. Breakfast was fantastic, with fresh ingredients, and the free coffee refills were a nice touch. The swimming pool area, while lovely, had its share of crowds was good. The staff efficiently organized our shuttle to the airport. A wonderful stay with just a few tweaks needed.

The fine views of the lake from the restaurant create a magical atmosphere, especially during sunset. The locally caught fish served at dinner was delicious and beautifully prepared. The lack of electricity during a rainstorm was nice, and the cleanliness in the bathroom was disappointing, with ants present. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool during the hot nights, which detracted from our comfort.
